Soul Alignment Activity
Supplies: Paper. Pen. A Dream.
- Take two deep breaths and become aware that you are inside your body.
- Now ask your soul to bring into your awareness a dream you have for your life.
- Now ask your soul to bring you triumphant words about your dream.
- Write down these words.
- Now ask your soul to bring into your awareness someone else’s dream.
- Now ask your soul to bring your triumphant words about this other person’s dream.
- Write down these words.
- Now come back to the room and thank your soul for triumph.
- This week, speak these triumphant words to other people, especially the one whose dream you saw.
