Wow, with all that’s going on in the world around us, it is on my heart to spread some light in this time of uncertainty. So I’m going to share some tips that work for me and invite you to a free workshop to help us connect with the spiritual support that is there for us.

First, I want to remind us all of how much light there is within us, in those around us and in the spiritual support that is orchestrating everything in our lives. I know for me to stay well emotionally… and therefore physically… I have to practice being aware of the higher truth about my life. Here are 3 tips that help me do this:

  • #1 YOUR LOVE IS A SIGN — I know that I’m feeling a ton of love for our human community right now as I see my friends and neighbors feeling so scared, and it compels me to take action to help others when I can. And I know that if I’m feeling like this so are YOU. So are my neighbors, who will share their extra toilet paper with me, if I need it. So the tip here is to remember the love and compassion you feel for others when thoughts about not having what you need come up, and remember that there are people just like you out there who will help you when you need it.
  • #2 THERE’S A GIFT IN EVERY EXPERIENCE — It’s times like these when I remember that I just can’t control everything and that I don’t have to. There really is a divine orchestration at work that is supporting me in having the life experience I am meant to have so that I can live a beautiful life. How many times have I NOT gotten what I wanted? How many times have things gone in a direction that I REALLY didn’t want? But I can look back now and see how all of those times led to me getting gifts I couldn’t have predicted or orchestrated. The tip here is to open yourself up to trusting that there is a higher orchestration working on your behalf in all of this. Be curious about what the gift is in this and you might be surprised by the possibilities that emerge.
  • #3 THERE IS A BEST CASE SCENARIO — Where there’s a worst case scenario, there’s a best case scenario, and it sure makes me feel better when I remember the best case scenario. It also makes me think clearer, make better choices, and create better solutions. All of this is immensely beneficial to my emotional and physical health because of how much less time I am spending in stress and anxiety. So the tip here is to notice when you’re imagining the worst case scenario and answer it by putting that imagination to work to imagine the best case scenario.

The other thing I want to do to spread some light in this time of uncertainty is just connect with you to help you feel more hopeful, and perhaps, if you’re like my husband, less bored, and to give you some practices you can use to expand your awareness of the spiritual support that is there for you.

So I’m going online on Saturday for a free pow wow of light — it’s a workshop, but more than that it’s a time to connect and talk about that spiritual support that is there for you. We’ll talk about how to activate it in your life AND how to recognize it when it’s happening. If you want some peace of mind, these practices are the way. Here are the details:
