This week our message comes to us from my Soul Candy Counsel of Dolls, who invite us to embrace our imagination as a vehicle for deeper spiritual connection.
Enchanted Message
What is my Soul Candy Counsel of Dolls? It’s 3 of my passed loved ones who showed up this week to let me know they are working together to support me as I prepare to bring Soul Candy to a whole new level. These ladies have been trying to get my attention for a month now, at least, and finally they brought in another living person to tell me about it.
A divinely orchestrated series of events tapped into my imagination to bring the message together for me. Here’s what happened:
- 30 Days Ago – Placeless Gnome Doll
A few years ago I had had a small handmade gnome doll made to resemble my Gramma Lucy, my dad’s mother, after dreaming that she was small like a gnome and that I was carrying her around. One month ago, to the day, I found her hiding with my unicorn purse on the hidden side of an armoire where they had been temporarily placed, awaiting their true location in my new home, and forgotten.
- 15 Days Ago – Faceless Rag Doll
I went to the Renaissance Faire and had the time of my life making a rag doll, feeling the spirit of my Great-Aunt Theresa with me the whole time. She had made flawless porcelain and rag dolls during her lifetime, several of them for me, and I cherished them. Now, straight from the fair, I took my first-ever handmade rag doll to a family party where I explained that she had no face painted on because that’s how dolls were made in the Renaissance.
- 11 Days Ago – Headless Angel Doll
I felt inspiration wash over me and resumed an on-going repair process of an angel doll/statue that my mother-in-law had made for me. This doll had lost her head during a move and she had been waiting for a new one for several months.
- 10 Days Ago – Relentless Mystic Doll
On a morning when I was feeling the labor pains of doubt and resistance and unrelenting new life trying to come through me to bring a new level of glory to Soul Candy, with voices of critics about being too woo woo in my head, I sent Me Time, Tea Time reminders to those who were enrolled in that weekend’s gathering. In a divinely appointed act of grace, one of the magical ladies thanked me by saying “You’re a doll.” That got my attention… like rays of light from heaven breaking through the clouds to shine upon me. It wasn’t just that I loved dolls or that I loved being called a doll, which I did… it was that finally I noticed the pattern… finally my this-is-a-sign alarm bells went off… finally it all came together and I got the huge dose of validation of my mysticism and my work at Soul Candy that had been orchestrated for me. But still, I didn’t make the connection with WHO was behind this divinely appointed encouragement…
- 2 Days Ago – Nameless Spirit Doll
I got a spontaneous, last-minute invitation from a friend to speak with a channel who told me all about 3 passed loved ones who were joining forces to help me with Soul Candy. From his description of them, I recognized 2 of them immediately, my Gramma Lucy and my Great-Aunt Theresa. There was no missing the doll connection between these two, and it just dazzled me to polka dot heaven. YES! Of course they were the ones supporting and encouraging me with Soul Candy.But I couldn’t figure out who the 3rd spirit was on my own. So, I went to my mom with several details about her. This spirit was on my mother’s side, very close to my Great-Aunt Theresa, and wore red toenail polish. I also knew that the three ladies were using bells to let me know they were there.After a few conversations, my mom told me that my Great-Grandmother Wich, who was my Great-Aunt Theresa’s mother, had been an Avon salesperson, and the bells and whistles of my mystic message sense went off. She had all the details… on my mother’s side, check… close relationship with Theresa, check… red toe-nail polish, check. AND she was a female entrepreneur serving very feminine treasures to very feminine people, like me and Soul Candy. Of course!
- Today – Priceless Counsel of Dolls
My Gramma Lucy brings the spirit of tenacity and independence, plus an adorable gnome doll, to my Soul Candy Counsel of Dolls. My Great-Aunt Theresa brings the spirit of heart-centered healing and creativity, plus an endearing rag doll to the mix. But as of this morning, the final member of this magical Counsel of Dolls, my Italian born Great-Grandmother Wich who brings a priceless spirit of enterprise and femininity, didn’t have a doll. And all the signs said YES, she needs one.So, after considering the headless angel and finding out it had another role to play, I took to my mother’s curio cabinet, where all of the glorious dolls my Great-Aunt Theresa had made for me still resided. There I found her… the doll that would stand for my Great-Grandmother Wich in the Soul Candy Counsel of Dolls. And guess what… she was a bell! With her glorious black hair in an Italian hairstyle, she was a ceramic dinner bell.I had been told that these beloved spirit ladies would use bells to let me know they were there… I just didn’t know they would be so literal! After doting on all of the twin dolls that belonged to my twin sister and me for some time trying to make the right connection, I’d say that finding an Italian bell was about as clear a YES to a doll as I could hope for!
My imagination was all over this message series. It is the source of my love of dolls and the driving force behind my efforts to have the gnome doll made, the angel doll repaired, and the rag doll brought into existence by my own hand. My imagination helped build a symbolic language that the high vibrational divine could use to communicate with me through. And when the divine reaches out to communicate with me, I am so aware that I am not alone. And there aren’t words to express how thankful I am for that…
… because I know what it’s like to feel totally alone in the universe. I spent about 16 years navigating my life feeling scared and completely alone, inside and out. But the truth is I am not alone.
